Getting to Emmanuel from Campus

Lifts

We are keen to give lifts from Campus to Emmanuel's Sunday morning meeting if we can (which is usually possible). If you would like one then just get in touch via an Emmanuel student or tom@emmanuelbath.org. There is always a car going to Emmanuel from CU Church Search at the start of the Autumn term.

Bus

On Sunday mornings, getting to St Greg's where we hold our meetings involves going into town first via the U1 bus (at around 9:16, 9:31 or 9:46am), disembarking at Dorchester Street (by Bath Spa train station) and then walking along the road to the main bus station to get the number 4 to Odd Down or the 174 to Wells. These will then take you to Combe Hay Lane bus stop just outside St Greg's.

For the mid-week meetings such as student Bible study (SBS) there is also the 22 bus that leaves from The Avenue bus stop at about 7:17pm (with no later options) which is a direct bus to Odd Down. This one is quicker than the others but has no later services.

Cycling/Walking

For those keen on walking, it will take a little over an hour on average to walk from campus to the school. Cycling takes around 25 mins, along the main road (Claverton Down Road, turning into North Road) through Combe Down and into Odd Down. If walking, get someone to show you the way through the woods, as this is about 30mins quicker!
