The Ministry Training Scheme is an opportunity for young men and women to spend a year or two serving the church and learning from God's Word.

Trainees serve by helping practically to facilitate church meetings and events, reading the Bible 121 with individuals, leading Bible studies and in many other ways! They meet regularly with the Pastor and work through a one or two year training programme, as well as attending the South West Gospel Partnership Ministry Training Course on Thursdays.
